Description
A real-world project involving the design of a temporary steel frame lifting system to raise an existing building, enabling remediation and removal of contaminated soil beneath the structure. Scope of Work: – Design of temporary steel frame structures for building lifting – Design of steel lifting beams and load-transfer elements – Design and verification of lifting lugs and shackles – Hoisting system layout and load distribution through steel frames – Structural checks of steel members under lifting and temporary conditions Client information has been anonymized for confidentiality.
